The India Business Network – An initiative of the India Australia Exchange Forum

The great untapped opportunity – Australia and India

“Let’s get Into India”

India remains a largely untapped opportunity for Australia at all levels of business – micro, small, medium and large.

That’s why the IAEF has created the India Business Network.

The IAEF strongly supports a Free Trade Agreement between India and Australia which will open pathways for greater exchange of goods, services and people plus clear the way for cross-border investments. We call on governments of both countries to make this agreement a top priority.

Another untapped opportunity is Australia’s active and dynamic Indian Diaspora – a resource in bringing the two countries together. That’s why the IAEF and the India Business Network actively engages with the local Indian Diaspora – the key to unlocking India opportunities.

The India Business Network will assist businesses to become “India Ready”, support those who want to have the cross-cultural and cross-border capabilities that can make this relationship with India work and bring together businesses in both countries with the specific aim of creating business links, advisory support, mutually beneficial outcomes and friendships that can last for lifetimes.
